The Brewers defeated the Marlins to win the Satellite Beach Minor A City Championship. Both teams played extremely well and the score reflects how evenly matched the two teams were. The Brewers got off to an early lead in the bottom of the second helped by Danny Dolnik's double, driving in Joey Stukey to make the score 7 to 1. The Marlins however were not about to go down without a fight and went on to take the lead in the top of the 4th, 8 to 7. The Brewers then tied it up in the 5th on Christopher Shaffer's RBI, scoring Jordan Lee. Going in to the final inning the Marlins looked to put it away by scoring 4 runs before giving way to the home team Brewers last at bat. Not to be out done however with one out and two men on, Zach Fleis's hit started the rally for the Brewers who went on to score 5 runs for the win. Kevin Learson scored the winning run on a hit by Alex Carpenter.

The Brewers scored 11 runs on 6 hits to beat the Red Sox in their final playoff game of the season. This win advances the Brewers to the Championship game against the Marlins scheduled for Wednesday 17th.

Danny Dolnik pitched all 4 innings for the Brewers, allowing just 4 hits and no runs. Key hitters for the Brewers were Christopher Shaffer who went 2 for 3, Alex Carpenter 1 for 2, Zach Fleis 1 for 2, Jordan Lee 1 for 2 and Devin Walker 1 for 3 who hit a key double in the 4th inning allowing Joey Stukey to score.

Danny Dolnik pitched a shut-out in the first 3 innings of the Brewers 3rd playoff game against the White Sox on Saturday. The Brewers win puts them at 2-0-1. Zach Fleis doubled in the 5th inning, then scored on Christopher Shaffer's triple to add to the lead. Alex Carpenter closed out the 6th inning giving up no runs, and backed by excellent defense, to win the game.
